Introduction
iThink Logistics is an Indian logistics aggregator providing access to multiple courier partners. This guide will walk you through obtaining your API credentials from iThink Logistics and connecting them with Returndotai Returns for automated return label generation.
Access this feature
Navigate to /settings/logistic in your application.
Step 1: Obtain Your API Key
Access iThink Logistics Settings
To check your API key for integration, kindly follow the below-mentioned steps:
- 1Login to your iThink Logistics dashboard
- 2Click on the settings icon
- 3A drop-down menu will be displayed with multiple options
- 4Click on the "API key" option

View API Credentials
The following screen will be displayed. You can find multiple options there:
- There will be an API key for the integration
- There are URL data for API integration
- A secret key will be given, which is also needed for API integration

Copy Your Credentials
Note: You can copy the respective data with a single click to use this information. You can do it by clicking on the copy button beside each box.
- 1Click the copy button beside the API Key box
- 2Click the copy button beside the URL data box
- 3Click the copy button beside the Secret Key box
- 4Save all credentials in a secure location

Step 2: Connecting Your Account
Connect iThink Logistics to Returndotai
Once you have your API Key:
- 1Log in to your Returndotai Returns dashboard
- 2Navigate to the "Settings" section > "Logistics" tab
- 3Look for the iThink integration option and click "Connect" or "Set up"
- 4You'll be prompted to enter your API Key and Secret Key
- 5Paste the credentials you received from iThink Logistics
- 6Click "Connect" to establish the connection

Step 3: Configure Settings
Configure Package Settings
After connecting:
- 1Set your default package sizes and types
- 2Make sure method "Ship with pre-paid label" is enabled

Step 4: Test the Connection
Create Test Return Request
Before going live:
- 1Create a test return request on return page
- 2Choose "Ship pre-paid label" for return method
- 3Note: This method is only displayed on return page if you enable it in the app as mentioned in Step 3

Submit and Verify Label
- 1Submit the test return request
- 2Go into the app, open this request at "Return management" tab
- 3Click to approve the request
- 4Select the appropriate shipping carrier if prompted
- 5Verify that the label is created correctly and contains accurate information
- 6Check that all shipment details match your expectations

Important Notes
Copy All Credentials
Make sure to copy all three pieces of information: API Key, URL data, and Secret Key. All are required for proper integration.
Use One-Click Copy
Use the copy button beside each credential field to avoid typos when copying API credentials manually.
Save Credentials Securely
Store your API Key and Secret Key in a secure location. Never share them publicly or commit them to version control.

Enable Pre-Paid Labels
Remember to enable "Ship with pre-paid label" in your settings, or customers won't see this option on the return page.
