Find the email the store sent you about your order. Most stores put a "Return" or "Exchange" link in it. Click that link to start.
Open the website of the store you bought from. Look at the very bottom of the page for words like "Returns", "Exchanges" or "Help".
Send the store a message or use their chat. Tell them your order number and what you need. They can answer questions about sizes, fit and refunds.
Not sure which store it was? Look in your email or on your bank or card statement for the store's name.
